I’m Jason Suttie. Most people call me Suttie, or just J.

I got into this because the mortgage process is more confusing than it should be, and too many people go through it feeling rushed, talked down to, or pushed toward something that isn’t right for them. I do it the other way.

Here’s how I work. I explain your options in plain language. I give you real numbers. And I let you make the call in your own time. No pressure, no hype, no jargon I don’t stop to explain. If something isn’t the right move for you, I’ll say so, even if that means telling you to wait.
